Document Retrieval Specialist

We are currently hiring Document Retrieval Specialist.

Position Type: Full-time 9AM-6PM US EST

Location: Remote (Work from home)

Technology Requirements:

A functioning desktop/laptop. Minimum of 35 MBPS internet speed and noise canceling headphones

About the campaign: We help to assist patients in the United States to receive their diabetic testing supplies and other medical screenings that are covered by their insurance.

​

Job Description:

• Call patients to confirm order information is correct and follow with them on order status

• Call patient doctors’ offices to follow up on order statuses

• Assist customers on how to receive their products

• Provide product details and knowledge

• Collect/verify personal information from customers

• Collect/verify the medical history and insurance information from customers

​

Requirements/Qualifications:

• High school diploma or higher

• Exceptional English and communication skills written and spoken

• Minimum of 4 years or more of BPO sales experience

• Knowledge of the medical industry (US insurance knowledge is a plus)

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment

• An excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google sheet is a must
